Do you provide tents, tables, or chairs?
No. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, table, and chairs.
Do you provide electricity?
Electricity is not provided. Vendors may bring a small generator if needed. If you plan to do so, please let us know in advance by noting it on your vendor application.
Where does my vendor fee go?
Vendor fees are considered a donation to the Nacogdoches Arts Collaborative (NAC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Nacogdoches. These funds directly support NAC’s arts programming, community events, and efforts to increase access to the arts in our region.
What is the weather plan?
We closely monitor weather conditions leading up to each event and will communicate any updates as early as possible. Vendors will be notified of the final weather plan the morning before the event. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, vendors will receive a credit toward a future NAC vendor event.
